Analysis Of Low-Velocity Impact Response In Aa5083 Plate

چکیده
Abstract This paper investigates the low velocity impact performance of AA5083 using ABAQUS software. The resistance was measured in terms depth indentation created over AA5083. Low-velocity results indicates, that angle inclination resisting body have a great influence on properties. analysis study carried out for different orientations alloy plate with respect to horizontal datum namely 30°,60°,90° respectively. A Finite Element Method (FEM) model has been developed software tool analyse and low-velocity test plate. Results from FEM reveals is minimum when inclined at 90°.
